Vision & in-line testing

• Parts that cannot be judged by eye still leave the station unchecked
• Offline sample checks miss defects that belong in 100% routing
• Surface, size, and internal flaws measured on separate, disconnected stations
• Inspection data not available to HMI or plant systems

• In-process measurement and flaw-detection stations sized to the part
• Surface vision (e.g. cracks, surface defects)
• 3D / laser scan for size, edges, flash, cavities, missing corners, flatness, twist
• Ultrasonic and related internal checks where the process requires them
• Vision for other discrete products, including automotive electronics / PCBA, as proof that capability is not refractory-only
• Results linked to sort, HMI, or plant system when scoped

Boundary: We deliver inspection stations and their line integration for defined features and cycle. Lab accreditation, third-party metrology standards, and plant-wide QMS software are out of scope unless separately contracted.
