WANKE

Capability

Line transfer (RGV)

Rail vehicles, conveyors, and buffers that move work between stations without adding people at the handoff.

Line transfer (RGV)

Pain points

  • Stations run at different rhythms; handoffs create waiting or pile-ups
  • Manual cart or forklift transfer between thermal / process sections
  • Standalone conveyors ignore upstream and downstream cycle
  • Buffer size guessed, not sized to the real line

What we deliver

  • RGV / rail transfer docked to existing stations
  • Conveyors and buffers planned with upstream and downstream cycle
  • Transfer in and out of process sections (e.g. kiln / thermal) as a line section

Boundary: We scope transfer and buffering for the defined path. Building layout changes, kiln OEM control, and full plant logistics fleets are out of scope unless contracted.
