About WANKE

Wanke Intelligent Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (湾科智能科技（上海）有限公司) was founded in 2017. We design and integrate custom automation for discrete manufacturing lines: special machines and forming cells, rail and buffered transfer, robot handling and pack-out, in-line vision and testing, and station controls with MES-style data for the scoped section.

Our deepest reference experience is in refractory-line automation — forming, kiln-related transfer, unload, 100% inspection, and sort. That work shaped how we engineer around a real part family and a real cycle. The same methods apply to other discrete products that need stable, in-production equipment, including vision work such as automotive electronics / PCBA where the inspection pattern fits.

We build for production, not for show floors. Process first: map the part and the handoffs, then design the cell or line section. Custom equipment where catalogs do not fit. Commissioning and training on site, including overseas installs, with support intended for long-run operation.

WANKE is a designated service organization of the National Technology Transfer Eastern Center (国家技术转移东部中心指定服务机构). We work with engineering teams and research partners on automation and inspection topics relevant to the lines we deliver.

Install patterns span China and overseas projects in regions such as Europe, North America, and Asia. Public case pages use geography and capability; customer names are withheld unless release is confirmed.
