Capability

Integrated lines

An integrated line is not a catalog bundle. It is a defined section of the process — forming, transfer, handling, inspection, sort, and pack — engineered so handoffs and cycle stay consistent.

Pain points

  • Buying separate machines leaves handoffs and cycle undefined
  • Catalog bundles do not match the real station list
  • Scope boundaries between plant and supplier stay unclear

What we deliver

  • Combine Robotics & forming, Line transfer (RGV), Handling + packaging, Vision & in-line testing, and Controls & MES only where they serve that section
  • Scope written station by station: what we supply, what we interface to, and what stays with the plant
  • Start from the bottleneck — not from a product catalog

Boundary: We deliver a defined line section. Full plant utilities, civil works, and unrelated process equipment stay with the customer unless separately scoped.
